I'm Sek — a software engineer turned tech lead based in Bangkok. I've been building software professionally since 2017, working across IoT platforms, fintech data tools, automotive enterprise systems, and large-scale e-commerce.

At Lotus's I lead engineering teams building backend services and platform infrastructure. My day-to-day is a mix of architecture decisions, code review, mentoring, and getting my hands dirty with Golang and TypeScript.

What I do as a Tech Lead

My role is less about writing all the code and more about making the team effective: picking the right abstractions, catching design issues before they calcify, and making sure engineers can move fast without creating landmines for future-selves.

I care deeply about developer experience — clear APIs, predictable deployments, observability that actually helps when things go wrong at 2am.
